Training library

Each lesson ends in a test and feeds the worker's training record. When a job has no lesson, no video or no manual yet, we write it, film it and draw it ourselves.

Legal watch & inspections

What the Labour Inspectorate (ITM) and the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (ISU) ask for, before they ask. A 22-point inspection checklist, guides for heat, winter, fire, floods and earthquakes, and a legislative bulletin with every invoice.

The portal

Training that runs on schedule. Evidence an inspector can verify.

Romanian law allows training records to be kept electronically if they carry an electronic signature. Paper records get lost, are filled in a hurry or left empty. The portal does the bookkeeping; your line managers keep doing what no screen can do.

The evidence chain

A signature on paper proves that someone signed. It does not prove what they read, when, or whether they understood.

For every worker and every training, the portal keeps a chain of five links. Each link answers a question an inspector or a judge would ask.

  1. 01WhoThe worker's own account, on their own phone. Nobody signs for someone else.
  2. 02WhatThe exact version of the lesson, by fingerprint. If the text changes, the fingerprint changes.
  3. 03WhenThe time of every step: lesson, test, signature, countersignature.
  4. 04Who answersThe line manager's declaration, ticked and signed. Without it, the record does not close.
  5. 05Proof of timeEach day's journal fingerprint is stamped by a qualified trust service provider. Under the eIDAS Regulation (EU 910/2014, art. 41), the date and time are presumed accurate and the data unchanged.
A notary of time, in plain words. The portal sends only the fingerprint of the journal, a string from which nothing can be reconstructed. The authority answers with a signed stamp: "this fingerprint existed at this time". Anyone can verify the stamp, without believing us.
Where the data lives. Hosted and processed in the European Union. A one-time code by email at every administrator sign-in. Ten wrong passwords lock an account for fifteen minutes. Your company's data is visible to you, to the managers you authorise and to ARMAN, and to no one else. A data processing agreement (GDPR art. 28) comes with the contract.

Review

We read what your Romanian entity already has, in Romanian, and tell you in English what stands, what is missing and what an inspector would ask first. Twenty minutes on a call if it helps, then a written note.

File

Once the contract and the data form are signed, the complete file arrives within 48 working hours: risk assessment per job, prevention and protection plan, safety instructions, fire and emergency documentation, training records, appointment decisions. Published prices, no surprises on the invoice.

Run

Workers train monthly on their phones. Line managers countersign. The traffic light tells the site manager whether there is anything to do. New hires get their general induction online, with a test; the on-the-job part stays with the line manager.

Report

One monthly summary in English to the person accountable for Romania: who trained, what is about to expire, what changed in the law. On request, the inspection pack, in Romanian, with an English cover note.

One contract, several sites. Each site has its own traffic light; the group has one report.
Published prices. The Romanian price list is public on arman.ro/preturi (in Romanian, in lei): a one-time documentation fee, then a monthly subscription by headcount. From ten people or more than one site, we quote per site, in euro if you prefer, within one working day.
What stays with you, by law. The employer's general liability under the Safety and Health at Work Law (Legea 319/2006) and the hands-on training by line managers. We put this in writing from the first offer.
Who you work with. A family practice, not an agency. The same person reads your file from the first call to delivery. No call centre.
What we do not do. Deliver the hands-on training, provide occupational medicine or PPE, represent you at an inspection, certify ISO 45001, translate the whole file, or promise how an inspection ends. We say so before you ask.
Before you ask procurement. Every document is signed by ARMAN GRUP S.R.L., an authorised external prevention and protection service (certificate no. 0009017/2012). A data processing agreement comes with the contract. One invoice a month. The file and every record are yours, exportable as PDF at any time.

What the monthly report contains

One PDF, in English, every month, to the person accountable for Romania.

  1. Status in one line. Green, amber or red for each site, with what changed since last month.
  2. Training. Who completed the monthly lesson, who did not and why, which line managers countersigned, and the periodic-training deadlines ahead.
  3. Expiries. Medical fitness certificates, PPE, authorisations and documents coming due.
  4. Changes in the law. What changed in Romanian safety or fire law that month, and what we changed in your file because of it.
  5. Evidence. The month's qualified timestamps, so your auditor can verify every record without asking us.
