What this site does with your data. Not much.

Last updated 28 October 2026. This page covers wex.cx, the presentation site of Workplace Expert. The client portal at portal.wex.cx has its own notice, shown to every user at sign-in, in Romanian.

Who we are

ARMAN GRUP S.R.L., Timișoara, Romania, a licensed external prevention and protection service (certificate no. 0009017 / 11.04.2012). Email: office@arman.ro. Phone: +40 748 040 774. We are the controller for the data described here.

The contact form

When you send the form, your name, work email, company, headquarters country, headcount, the option you chose, your message and the address of the page you came from (the src parameter, if any) are delivered to our mailbox at office@arman.ro through our hosting provider's form service. We use them only to answer you and, if you ask us to, to prepare an offer. We do not add you to any list and we do not send newsletters. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)).

We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is open and for up to three years afterwards, as business correspondence, unless a contract follows, in which case the contract's retention rules apply.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or social-media scripts. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party. The only thing stored in your browser is the src parameter, in the session storage of the tab, so the form can tell us which page you came from; it disappears when you close the tab.

The assistant (Experto)

The chat button opens Experto, the same virtual assistant as on arman.ro. What you write in the chat is sent to an artificial-intelligence model (Anthropic's Claude, through our hosting provider) so it can answer; the conversation is kept in your browser's session storage for the duration of the tab and nowhere else, unless you ask for a quote and press "Send", in which case the details shown on the card reach office@arman.ro like the contact form. Do not write personal identification numbers or medical data in the chat. Answers are indicative, not advice; the consultant's judgement and signature remain human.

Hosting and processors

• The site and the form service are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes the form submissions on our behalf under its data processing terms.
• Domain name resolution is provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (DNS only; the site's traffic does not pass through Cloudflare's proxy).
• Email is handled by Google Workspace, under Google's data processing terms for business customers.

Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to a processing or ask for a copy, by writing to office@arman.ro. You may also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or to the authority of your own country.

Links to other sites

arman.ro, experto.ro, ssmstat.ro and oferoo.ro belong to the same family and each has its own privacy notice, in Romanian. Links to LinkedIn and Facebook are plain links: no script of theirs runs here.

If anything above is unclear, write to us. We answer in English or Romanian.
